threema, wickr. I think WhatsApp is pretty secure from my understanding

Threema and wickr are the most secure in my opinion, For threema you even have to pay for the app, a couple dollars not a big deal but I have found those 2 to be the most secure out of the bunch. Whatsapp works pretty good too but its owned by facebook so you know information might be leaked
