I never underestimate how dumb some of these coaches are. I see it every week.

A knee and then run out the back of the end zone on 4th down would have run out the clock

all coming off multiple timeouts by the other team. and you have a timeout yourself

you might be right about running out of the endzone as well, that could take 10 seconds which would have been how much time was left on 4th down.
