Would you be more successful only betting 5 games a week?

Of course I'd be more successful betting 5 games a week because it reduces the variance of sports betting. Betting in volume means your success rate goes down but if you stuck to a limited amount of games you'd probably do substantially better. I just don't have the discipline needed to stick to 5 games a week and I bet the same is true for most gamblers. That's why you don't meet many professional gamblers.

there is always money to be made.if i see a game that really appeals to me i bet it.most lines are sharp as we know.remember if something seems out of wack the bookie had a reason.
