A judge in Italy ruled it's only groping if you grab them for more than 10 seconds.

What's really unusual is that in the case that the judge ruled on, a guy grabbed a girls butt in school after pulling her pants down slightly. Judge ruled.... it was only for 5-10 seconds so, No harm no foul. WOW.
