It's a big deal! The judge needs to be removed. Groping should be 0 tolerance, not even 1 sec.

I'm so happy when our ex-president signed a law against any form of public sexual harassment that includes catcalling, wolf-whistling, leering, groping, and many others.

What if we found the judge, and groped him with a closed fist into the nuts?
I'm guessing he would have to rule that as legal since it would be for < 10 seconds.

I would love him to experience it so he can decide clearly next time. But this kind of judge shouldn't be allowed in the court anymore, just imagine how many cases he probably unjustly ruled.

Whistling in general is fine, but you cannot do it in a sexual, harassing manner, especially to women. It's very common in the PH where a woman walking and a group of men hanging out on the street out of nowhere will whistle, it's like a signal saying "Oh sexy girl". It's creepy and I hate it!
