Because the forum is for bettors to support each other when dealing with sportsbook issues, like everyone did for you with BetUS while you were having your temper tantrum. Why did we care so much? None of us were having problems at BetUS yet you got dozens of helpful replies.

Now someone else needs help and you say "of course I would reach out to Justin7... if its for me", and "Why would I [reach out to Justin7]? lol. I told the guy his twitter handle he can do the leg work."

Hopefully people remember this next time you have another fainting spell over a payout.

These guys seem to go quiet when asked about bonuses and specific bet types/sports.

That's what one would expect if this is coordinated syndicate action. Not accusing, just saying.
So far it seems being a new account is a very strong determining factor, and credit appears unaffected, but otherwise there has been a full slate of variety in terms of bet types and whether a bonus was taken or not.

So they just closed your account out of nowhere, then asked for all the KYC and ended up at this bankwire situation? That's unusual of them to not want to freeroll you. After all, if you lose your funds then Justin7 can have a big grin on his face, and if you double it to 32k, then he'll just keep it anyways!

I deposit 13k, like I've done numerous times in the past, and then the very next day it was disabled. I just replied to their email and said "I don't have any pending payouts." They replied "our account will be enabled today and you can take a bankwire payout at your leisure.". I replied "Are you refusing to pay me out via BTC? I bank with Bank of America, and even if I didn't I don't want to take a bank wire. I want to take the same method I've been using for deposit and payouts in the 5 months I've been with you guys. I want to use the same method that was available at the time I made my deposit. Can you pleases stop being so vague and tell me why you're doing all this? My account's been disabled for 33 days and you've ignored me for the majority of that. Why are you doing this?"


I'll keep you guys posted on their response. This is crazy. Why are they doing this?

Has all your communication with bookmaker been through email and chat? If so pick up the phone and call them. I always have better luck getting a problem fixed on the phone than email/chat.
