What bonus rules did you break? You know what bonus rules you broke. You knew what you were doing. You'd have a better shot at getting paid if you just bet the full balance in one bet and said you didn't see the rules, and ask if they'll make an exception this one time as you weren't aware that you did anything wrong.last month I did a Bovada bet on a draw match for the 'deposit $1,000 get 200%'. So I bet $3,000 in sets of $500 but on the same draw match. The terms state you can bet a max $500 per bet, but there was no mention of not being able to bet on the same match. The draw bet won and I had about $11.5k in the account. I recently got an email saying they forfeited my bonus funds for 'bonus abuse', but when I asked them to show me which bonus rules I broke they couldn't give me an explanation. I have raised a complaint with Bookmakersreview so hopefully they can help with my cause.
Bovada was always deserving of an A rating. I do think they're a lot worse now than years back, though. The 7 day bonus rule being the biggest issue. I don't know how they think people can complete a 20 or 30x rollover in just 7 days, while not betting above 50% of their deposit amount and lots of casino games counting for 10c on the dollar for rollover.
