Hey guys, I was wondering if I could get some advice on how to handle a recent situation with Bookmaker. I signed up for Bookmaker in late March, and have run up a balance of around $8000. I know Bookmaker has a stellar reputation and that most people have had no issues with them, which is why I registered. However, they have really been giving me the run around on my withdrawals.
A few days after signing up, I submitted pictures of my ID, as well as images of cards that I used to deposit, and I was verified within 10 minutes - no issues. A few days later, I made my first withdrawal. Then on my next withdrawal, they blocked my account and asked me to send pictures of my ID, a selfie with ID, and a selfie with a piece of paper showing the date of the transaction. I also had to fill out an Excel sheet with my transaction details and send it to them. I did as told and again, the KYC team responded within 30 minutes and told me I was verified.
At this point I thought everything was fine and wasn't worried until my next withdrawal about a week later, they again blocked it and asked me to submit selfies with ID, paper with today's date, etc. I did as told but this time the KYC team stopped responding completely so now I am stuck in limbo with about $8000 in my account. Furthermore, a few days later, I woke up to find that my account had been promotion banned, and all of my betpoints had been taken away, which does not make me feel any better about the chances of getting my money back.
I don't understand why I need to send documents/selfies 3 times in 3 weeks, and the fact that they have stopped responding on the 3rd verification, after 2 successful verifications makes me feel as if this is a stall tactic on bookmaker's part in order to avoid paying me out. If you have any advice on how I should proceed I'd really appreciate it, it seems like my only option right now is to wait it out for a response, but the fact that they went from approving my documents within 30 minutes the first two times, to now 2+ weeks with no response makes me worried.
I've also read several threads on here that are very similar to mine, where Bookmaker asks you to send a selfie to kyc@bookmaker.eu, only to stop responding, and it seems like it took others several months to get their money out. I only signed up because I've heard many positive things from people with six-figure balances on the site, the fact that they are pulling these tactics is really disappointing.
TLDR: Bookmaker blocked withdrawal, asked for selfies, and hasn't responded in 2+ weeks. This is the 3rd verification I've had to do in 3 weeks, worried I'll never get my $8000 out at this rate. I've contacted support many times in those 2+ weeks but they only tell me that they can't make the KYC team review my documents since they are a separate department. Any help or advice would be appreciated!
