Glad I'm not Vegan, not fat either.

Ate In N Out for dinner last night, lunch today, lol, and made two fish sandwiches with some bomb gluten free rolls, cheese slices, tartar sauce.

I want to try this hack next time I'm at In-N-Out. I heard you can get a flying dutchman onion wrapped. So instead of the buns you have a onion as a bun. Sounds interesting

Awww, fawk this I must try.

I already get the 3x3 or double double with lettuce, can be messy but I don't really miss the bun. Going to see if they'll do onion. I already get it animal style so this is gonna kick it up a notch.

No more three eggs a day starting this week, we are substituting other foods now in an incredible and well rounded diet. Ate In N Out yesterday and still had the percentage of calories from saturated fats below 7% for a 3000 calories diet.

i used to eat eggs all the time when i was younger but found the last few years getting into my 40's just don't have the taste for eggs anymore the yolk part is alright but something about the egg whites turns me off how do u usually eat ur eggs

So far it's been some cereal and berries.

Cheerios or Rice Krispies, blueberries, strawberris, Chobani greek yogurt...which is real good stuff and then a banana.

But it's not enough, or doesn't last long, the only day I didn't get hungry and need to eat more real quick was when I ate this as a cereal too...

I really like those clusters, I bought a case when they came into the store.

Found those fish filets I posted at Target, but the only one that carries it is miles from me in another city. Heading there tomorrow to by all 9 packs they have in stock.

Will check out costco too, time to get some fish from there too.
