Personally I try not to just because that run of negative variance is also always just around the corner, and I don't want to inadvertently reward myself for some run good that maybe was just the coin falling in my favor a few more times than usual. For me that's a way to start developing bad habits.
What I like to do is purchase a big takeout spread on Saturdays and then I enjoy the UFC show with it (and CFB in the fall/winter). That way it really isn't directly connected to results but it's still something to look forward to for putting the work in. Then the rest of the week I'm mostly focused on the grind.
