Yep. For me, even though I can have issues with blood sugar due to carbs, as long as I only eat half of my normal amount of carbs I'm alright. That way I can continue to eat all the foods I used to so I don't feel like I'm depriving myself.
I’ve tried the mashed cauliflower & I can’t get into it. I feel like it doesn’t resemble mashed potatoes at all, but everyone has different taste buds so let us know what you think as you stated.
I just had the mashed cauliflower. It wasn't too bad. However, I think I'll just have mashed potatoes instead even though they are high in carbs. If I limit my portion to one scoop my blood sugar doesn't get too high. That way I can still enjoy the things I like, just in smaller portions.
