While I didnt find any more of the popular Umpire overs, I found an under or two I like and fits the criterion.

***2nd Umpire UNDER is SF/Colorado UNDER 10-115 with Chris Conroy who is 7-3 UNDER on a paltry 6.55 runs due to a HIGH 66% Strike call and high 3.28 SO/BB ratio. His last full year in 2022 was similar with just over 7 runs a game, 15-13 UNDER, on 65% strikes and 3 SO/BB Ratio. The Rockies are 7-3 UNDER last 10 home games, and giants Logan Webb is a notorious ground ball pitching ace, expecting more double plays, less walks, and helping matters is that the usual Colorado jet stream winds are blowing from right center at 7-10 MPH. That said, the ball does fly better due to the altitude regardless of the wind.

I'm good at multi-tasking, and working mobile. Ive been retired over a year and a half to do this, investments and stay home witht he family. Yes, I do have both, thanks for asking. Its not like she's in hospice and or ICU. Typical cancer BS and dealing with treatments.

I am all for it, done responsibly. I was part of the first true AI movement at IBM selling our financial forecasting and planning/analysis through the original Watson platform from 2015-2019. Before that, I ran sales at a startup for 10 years consulting and selling a patented expert system translating financial statements to plain english, before we grew so much we had a liquidity event . These tools, combined with AI allows for better planning in the CFO office to supply chain all the way down, allow companies the ability to stay one step ahead of the customer needs and the competition. As we learned in B-school, being Nimble and Knowing your customer while antcipating their future needs is what keeps businesses profitable.

***2nd Umpire Over is Reds/Nats Over 8.5 with Mike Mulchlinksi who is avg 11.33 runs, and a 10-8 Over record. Last yr he avg over 10 runs on 63% strikes. His avg run impact is 1.5 per game. Over the last 14 games, Cincy is 4th in wRC+130, and 2nd in wOBA (.363), while Wash is 12th in both (112, .330), and while the offenses have been hot the pitching has not. Irvin gave up 6 runs to the 9th and 6 to the brewers in his last 2 starts while Abbott gave up 5 to the Marlins.

***3rd Umpire Over is Mutts/Marlins Over 8 with James Hoye who is 11-7 Over on 9.4 runs, and going back to 2020, all his games have avg 9-10 runs. He rates at 4.29 in the extreme hitter friendly cat. Rogers has a 4.78 against the NL East, while Scott has a 6.3 ERA against division foes, and both have over 4 ERA's overall, so i expect runs to the plenty early. Both teams are hitting over .250 against eachother, both at .257. This game could get to DD+.

***4th Umpire Over is Pirates/Phillies over 9 with Emil Jiminez who is 11-8 Over on 9.5 runs. He is a newer ump but leans to the hitter. Over the last 24 games, each team is avg 4.79 runs pe game, and with the Pirates being 21st in bullpen ERA at .243 BAA and Phillies at 19th with a .241 BAA the over has some good shots in this game.
