No drinking allowed in those casinos?
You can drink , but there is not much drinking going on, rarely ever see it. You have to go to the clubs to see it. But at the clubs are pretty dangerous, I go for the chicks but I have had 3 major issues recently which have been a little concerning but all turned out well. It is not a place where westerners go at all.

As a man in his 40’s with some nagging health problems as you are, you seem to still be very active most weeks. So my question is how do you sleep these days ? Sleep is vital to a persons brain health, but not enough of it or even too much of it can really mess up a persons psyche IMO.
I am constantly on the go, I am constantly going back and forth to Cambodia, Myanmar, Laos etc, I am in a different country at least 1-2 times a month. I work about 70-80 hours a week probably doing everything I have going on. My health is the worst it has been in years. It is extremely depressing and there is no hope for me ( my eyes ). I don't drink , smoke, do drugs, my high is traveling and being outside in the streets of Ha Noi daily conversing with people, enjoying life as much as I can. There is no way I will make it to be an old man with my health. My sleep is absolutely terrible , I don't get enough of it and I don't sleep well when I do. I just got back from 8 days traveling with a girl and she complained everyday that I toss and turn, moan and groan, huff and puff, move around violently when I sleep. I am healthy on paper with my bloodwork but my eyes are a completely different ballgame. Keep healthy whatever you got going on, stay away from negative people, cut bullshit and people out of your life as well. Life is precious and no time to waste it!
