I've been walking multiple times per week since August of 1989. At first it was 3 to 4 times per week. The last few years it's only been 2 to 3 times per week.
Since I've been getting fewer steps I've decided to get more by using a trick. Instead of parking as close to the door of the supermarket or doctor's/dentist's office or restaurant, I'll park far away in the parking lot.
I think the best part is not having to navigate my vehicle into a tight parking space. I just park out where no other vehicles are.
