When we hike, I fill ours about 80% the night before and partially freeze it. That way its ice cold on on your back and when you take a drink. Highly recommended.

I run three times a week. 2 miles on Tue and Thu, 3 miles on either Saturday or Sunday. Start running at around 5:10am. At work by 8:30am. Been doing that for 30 years.

Wow! By reading this post I can tell that you are fit and healthy, RD. Imagine for 30 years? Consistency is always the best key to great fitness goals.
I range from 12,000-25,000 steps a day, the lowest is around 11,000-12,000, usually about 17,000 daily. I can't remember a day when it has been less than 10,000 a day. 10,000 is nothing and very easy to hit.
