Guys i got really sick in the intensive care at cone hosital

I've called hospitals, called rehab centers, emailed him, searched newspaper and public records to try and find a phone number or relatives to call... no luck.

I feel I'm crossing some privacy lines trying to dig up info on him but, just like many of you, I am very concerned and seek answers. I hope he is OK. I am going to continue thinking positive until I know for sure.

Any suggestions?

Even though I personally feel it's a no-brainer, I can assure you that CK would not be offended by us searching for answers, and in fact would be flattered

Interacting with him for many years he has always been appreciative of mostly anything

I have no doubt that it has to do with his health and i reiterate what I said earlier, he's mentioned on here twice minimum over the last year that he's been sick with Covid

Of course it may not even be related to that

It may be a bit much to say this, but let's hope he if doing well and has not traveled "Across The Pond"

You are only accessing information that is public and can be seen by all. Crossing the line is when the information is used for less than honorable intentions and there are strict laws that penalize those that choose that route. AI has dramatically increased the about of information that is available. About once a month I access my info just to make sure the info is accurate. Fortunately, I haven't found many errors but if ck has a fairly common name with no other identifiable info (dob, etc) it may be a huge lift to confirm.

AI has its benefits but most people would be shocked to know the amount of info that is available to the general public.

i thought of that as a conspiracy maybe hes doing some time and instead of admitting that says hes sick instead seems very unlikely but at this point better to be in jail than dead one of the few places out there u dont have access to internet

Has anyone checked with the ABC store nearest him to see if they have any info ?

I am only partially joking here - years ago when I worked for a package store - I knew EVERY regular drinker/drink in town. Actually we would even make deliveries to them when it was bad out or they couldn’t get out of the house. If anything happened to one of our customers - we probably knew about it before anyone. A lot of these people really did not have much in the way of family - maybe a good friend who checked in on them regularly or a home health aide who ran errands for them and would update us so we knew - or knew why they weren’t paying on their tab.

It’s funny - sometimes complete strangers know more about peoples life than family. Think about it from a gambling perspective - how many people worked with old school bookies who talked with clients far more than kids/siblings who live out of town for example.

Correct - but access to that record is limited to someone willing to state one of the following (don’t see any that apply - unless CK has fund in a book/winnings due from/to someone here - then technically B might.

1. Applicant is an immediate family member of the individual on the certificate. Applicant can be spouse, sister, brother, child, parent / stepparent, grandparent or grandchild.
2. Applicant is seeking information for legal determination of personal or property rights.
