Among the many things that sucks about Heritage nowadays compared to the past is they call non stop.

Their customer service has always been one of the worst if not the worst out of the bigger shops (overall rudeness, called out in many posts and threads over the years).

That tool Marcel called me a couple of weeks back and left a message. He didn’t realize he hadn’t hung up. Then he proceeded to repeat “get their money” over and over for about 90 seconds.

Have called numerous times wanting me to call them back although ironically they deemed my account (a 10-year loyal customer) “internet only” and wouldn’t even take a phone call of mine last three years when I needed some real customer service. Always disconnected the call saying my account was internet only.

Obviously we’ve noted all the horrible software changes. It’s basically a different company than it was previously. Everything about it is different. And not in a good way. Except the rude customer service. You left that the same.

Last chance they had for me to give them another go was their regular 100 percent cash football bonus.

Funny side note about the Marcel Heritage call, is literally 10 seconds after he eventually hung up, Marcel called me from WagerWeb and left me another message begging me to deposit.

They pay is about the best thing you can say about them. Few other positives

That 100 pct bonus is capped at 500 in free play $. Even worse, those free plays are $100 2-team parlays.

The website freezes all the time and they have also been pulling down a lot of live MLB games after a few innings.

Pretty sure it is KR although I won’t be depositing to find out.

That’s exactly how it was the last time I got a small birthday freeplay. In their heyday I could use that fp on anything. I always used it as a future on Speith to win the Masters. Those days appear to be long gone.

And very limited on odds you can play with the two-team fp as well.
