*Resolved* Bookmaker.eu account disabled for a week, no response from KYC department

pragmatic, you definitely would not be considered new. Older accounts seem to have no problems.

Are there really any cases of this actually being resolved for new accounts? The stuff pragmatic described is standard for older accounts (random hiccups, easily resolved). For example, there was the guy who had a 25-50k balance where they seemingly had it resolved but then he busted out on the all star game so it's not like he was paid.

I'm truly at a loss of what to do at this point. I've been reading the comments in here and it seems many people had huge balances. I only deposited smaller amounts such as a few thousand dollars at a time. All I wanted to do was place some baseball bets. I looked on this site (bookmakersreview) and justbet was rated very highly and had large limits in case I needed that, so I went with them. Now it seems like I'm not going to be getting my payout. I've read that just bet has a very high reputation but from my perspective they are a fraudulent site stealing my money. I've complied with everything they've asked of me. Sent them a selfie with my ID, selfie with the date, a video of me reading scores. Each time they just then ask for some other piece of documentation. Its not only that I haven't gotten my money, it's that they are clearly playing games. If they had said at the beginning that they would need X,Y,Z and that there was some issue and it would take some time to get my money then that would be one thing. However, they are so unprofessional. They provide no reason why they keep asking for more info after I sent the previous thing. They don't respond to any emails. They also had me fill out a bitcoin withdrawal form which I did and now they say they won't pay me in bitcoin which is absurd because I deposited in bitcoin. They want me to send my banking info over. I in no way feel comfortable sending banking info in an email to a site I feel is a scam after they keep changing their story and even if I did, I seriously doubt they would pay me anyway. Just seems like more stall tactics and games from them. I guess at this point I have to accept my money has been stolen

I've sent about 10 emails in the last 2 weeks and not one reply. They are thieves. They are confiscating funds without explanation and that's really all there is to it (to those who love to defend them).
