I get on the scale every single day, after I take a shit and before breakfast.
You can see my run in Sept when I was working out daily. A very nice trend.
Then you can see it tune down, like my eating did, when I stopped becuase of elbow injury and a broken toe.
Can't wait to get back into the gym and back to a regular mad diet and working out. I peaked twice this year, once before stopping for two weeks because of the elbow, then built up again until I stopped at the end of Sept.
What look like wild fluctuations are really just related to appetite and the food being processed currently in my system.
