False. Once you setup and customize everything it is very user friendly. You need to get used to it

most ppl dont use 95% of capabilities of a modern smart phone. let alone a 1000$ one.

both apple & android have their pros & cons. to different kind of users.

PS : Did u know with the new samsung galaxyish of phones,

u canNOT set specific ringtones for specific contacts/
even from work/home/ friends etc.

I'm still using my 7+ and I'm just going to wait for the iPhone 20 lol.

I’ve had 4 iPhones in 15 years so they sure can last if you take care of them.

How did you get it for little investment?

I was looking at all the plans apple has to trade in, and pay a new phone off over 24 months.

I usually pay in full for stuff when I can. I hate contracts. I do like the thought of a protection plan through them though.

My phone now, which is still the iPhone 11, has taken a beating. I replaced the screen recently for $100 with a guy who does it on the side but it’s not an apple product screen and it acts pretty screwy at times. Time to upgrade

Really? That seems like something basic that should be included on most phones nowadays. Very very surprising

Although iPhone is faster overall, I prefer Android because navigation on everything seems easier

I've been an Android user before and I love the experience. Very simple and they are improving each yr. I only switched to the iPhone because I wanted a clear camera.
