Actually the games are tomorrow but I lean to the Liberty laying 4 on the road and Vegas covering the six to finish off the Wings on the road. I just don't think Dallas can beat this version of the Vegas Aces who have been very impressive since the playoffs started. I haven't played anything yet but those are my leans on the sides in these matchups and I do think we see high scoring games in both contests tomorrow so I lean over on the totals which haven't moved at all from game 2.

I decided to go with my leans on the over tonight in both games. I see these games being barn burners and if the perimeter shooting is good from both teams we can get there. I wasn't comfortable laying points on the road with the Liberty and Aces so I stayed away from the side. In fact I think if you like Dallas and Connecticut tonight you should probably put a little on the ML because it's likely that if they cover it means they win the game outright. I just didn't feel confident enough in those outcomes to take the dogs on the ML.

I play them a lot in all sports. Usually its when I'm not totally confident in a side. I have mixed results with them but I do play them because sometimes I feel like the lines are pretty sharp as far as the side goes.

compared to results throughout the season ? esp. Prime time games or Small Slate* ones.

I actually went 1-1 as the Liberty were on fire tonight offensively which helped my over but the Aces struggled and barely won on the road. They did get it done which is what I thought would happen but it wasn't pretty and they didn't cover nor did it go over the total. Right now it'll be interesting to see how the rest helps the Aces who don't play again until October 8th.

compared to results throughout the season ? esp. Prime time games or Small Slate* ones.

I'm mostly NBA, NFL etc. this is my first real season following WNBA.

I think the lines are usually right on and I probably have more success betting ATS although I do ok with totals so I'm not afraid to play them from time to time like some bettors are.

I'm taking the Sun today to at least keep game 4 close in a do or die situation. I don't know that they win today but I do think they make a game of it with their season on the line and stay within the 5.5 points so I'm backing the Sun in a must win game.

Ok the Sun cover the spread for us even though they lose the game and series to the Liberty. Now we wait until next Sunday for the WNBA Finals to start but I see the line is up with the Aces favored by 5 over the Liberty and the total set at 171.5 or 172 depending where you shop.

I'll probably wait to make an official play but I'm leaning towards the Aces in game 1. My reasoning is that they will be well rested and at home for game 1. We've seen that in these teams previous meetings that the winning team has usually covers and since I expect the Aces to win this game I also expect them to cover.

All right guys I decided to go with my gut and take the Aces -4.5 in game 1. Even though the Liberty is a tough matchup for the Aces I expect them to win here and if they do win then I think they cover the 4.5. Should be a good series that may go the full 5 games between these two juggarnauts.

The Aces get it done today but there's no doubt in my mind this is going to be a long series. I might even come back on the next one and take the Liberty but I haven't decided for sure yet. These teams are evenly matched despite the blowout today so I can see a 5 game series here.

I decided to take the Liberty in game 2 tomorrow night. It's a pivotal game for them as they cannot lose this game and expect to beat the Aces 3 in a row imo. The spread is irrelevant here if you like the Liberty imo but I put a unit on the Liberty +5 as well as an additional unit on the Liberty ML at +175. I think they get it done here and go back home with a split especially since they haven't lost 2 in a row all year.

I honestly didn't see the Aces utter destruction of the Liberty coming. This series might be over guys although I do expect the Liberty to come out with a sense of urgency in game 3 and maybe take that one at home but it's going to be awfully tough to beat the Aces 3 in a row with the way their playing right now.
