Tough 1-2 day for the thread as Dallas covered and won outright but Seattle couldn't get it done at home and New York waxed Phoenix in Phoenix. Only one game Saturday between the Aces and Sparks so we'll see if I have a play.

Just one play so far for me and that's the o165.5 in the Washington/Dallas game. I think this game is high scoring with Washington's key players sitting this one out so I played the over.

I'm adding Connecticut -5.5 to my plays. Both Connecticut and Chicago are on losing streaks but I look for Connecticut to break out of their slump today and take it to Chicago on the road.

2-0 day for the thread official plays. Connecticut made me sweat at the end with some boneheaded play closing out the game but they won by enough to cover barely. I'll take that any day in this league. No games tomorrow but we resume action on Tuesday with another four game slate so hopefully I can keep this going.

Three plays for me on todays slate. First up I took the u166.5 in the Vegas/Atlanta game because both teams have been locking in on D lately and the Dream are missing key players which is why the spread is so wide tonight. I think that the Dream will really struggle to score tonight and the Aces probably cover here but I feel the Under is the safer play.

Next up I took the Storm +4.5 against Chicago because I don't think Chicago should be favored by this much against anyone right now even the Storm. The only reason they are laying this many points is because they're at home.

For the last game I took a shot with the Lynx at home against the Wings. The Wings have been hot lately but I think Minnesota can hang with them at home so I took the 6 points tonight with the Lynx.

I didn't play this game because I didn't know what to do with it. I lean Sun but they've been inconsistent lately and the Mystics have most of their players back. Della Donne may or may not play but that hasn't stopped the line from moving in the Mystics favor. I ultimately didn't play it because I don't trust the Mystics enough but I can see your logic here so I'll root for you from the sideline.

Tough night on the hardwood as the Aces and Dream soared over the total with both teams topping 100 and A'Ja Wilson scoring 53 by herself. Then Chicago ran Seattle out of the gym tonight. The only saving grace for me was Minnesota covered and won outright to salvage a 1-2 day for me. Only one game on the slate tomorrow so we'll see if I have a play for you guys.

So tonights game is between the Sparks and Mercury and I have to tell you I can't find anything I like on this game. Phoenix has essentially waived the white flag on this season and they're holding a lot of their key players out one of whom is Brittany Griner. The spread has climbed from a playable -7.5 to doubles. I won't lay doubles with the Sparks even though I lean them to name their score here and win the game because they're trying to make the playoffs. I also lean under but I'm not touching that one since Phoenix has given up and probably won't play much defense tonight so no play for me today.

All right we are back at it with 2 plays tonight on the 4 game slate we have tonight. First up I went with Liberty/Sun o83.5 in the 1H. I lean to the full game over in this one but I only played the 1H because a trend that I feel is worth noting here is the Liberty tend to play to the over in the first half this year going 21-12.

Next up I played the Indiana Fever ML and I'm happy that I got it at -140 because not too soon after I bet it both the spread and ML shot up in the Fever's favor. The number now is Indiana Fever -4 and the ML is in the -170 range. I didn't lay the points here because I feel the ML is the safer play since I like the Fever to win but this might be a close game where it's possible the Storm cover.

1-1 night for me tonight but it very easily could've been 2-0. Somehow the Liberty only scored 12 points in the 2nd Quarter and I just needed one more bucket for the 1H total to go over but of course both teams missed several chances in the final minute of the first half to keep the 1H total under. At least the Fever didn't wilt down the stretch and held on for a 4 point victory over the Storm to salvage a 1-1 night for me.
