Padron 1964 Belicoso natural is my go to followed by the Hermoso shape. The Padron 1926 series #2 natural also a favorite. The Padron black is nearly impossible to find but I tried the torpedo and it was very nice. Honestly anything Padron makes is great.

Foundation Olmec is pretty nice, My Father The Judge if you want a beefy cigar. Oliva makes some nice cigars, the LFD Double Ligero Chisel is a beast. Tatuaje Coronju is also a solid stick.

I want to smoke $50 cigars. Where do I start?
Difficult to say JJ as prices vary by state. For example a cigar that costs you $7 in Philly will cost you $17 in New York City. This is because of the difference tax structures on tobacco.

A better way to answer this is to say you want to smoke high end cigars, where do I start?

That would depend on what type of cigar you're looking for. Are you looking for a mild, medium, or full smoke?

If Mild, I would check out the Ashton Connecticut line, Montecristo White Connecticut, various Cubans like a Partagas Lusitinias.

If Medium go with something like the Padron 1964 Natural line, My Father Le Bijou, most of the upper end of the Rocky Patel line, most of the Fuente Chateau line as well as Fuente Magnum R Rosado.

If Full, any of the Padron 1926 Maduro line, La Flor Dominicana Double Ligero series, Fuente Opus X line, Fuente Anejo series, La Flor Dominicana Andalusian Bull, most of the Cuban Bolivar line but especially the Bolivar Belicosos Finos.

Happy hunting, JJ.

Paco doesn’t know what he’s doing I like mild cigars
If you like mild cigars, there is no reason whatsoever to spend $50 on a cigar. Well, not any logical reason. Here are two of my favourites you can smoke daily without hurting your wallet in any way.

The Villiger Connecticut Kreme. Light and creamy just as the name implies. It's less than $10 a stick. Perfect with coffee,.especially in the morning.

And...

Espinosa Crema. Again, another creamy stick with flavour and also perfect with coffee. Around $10 a stick.
