Yeah 7.5 is a lot of points to lay for the Dream on the road so I've decided to play the total here. I played u163 at even money because the Dream have been a dead under team lately with the total staying under 9 out of the last 10 games. I can't ignore that trend plus I think with Brittney Griner out the Mercury will continue to struggle to score.

Phoenix was absolutely on fire tonight so your instincts were spot on as they cruised to an easy victory. Would've been epic if you took that play at +270 but I understand not taking it because Phoenix is not a team I would trust to come through for me with a win on a regular basis. I got lucky with my play because Phoenix played out of their minds tonight and almost sent the total over by themselves. Fortunately both teams missed easy shots in the last minute and it barely stayed under by a point.

Just two plays for me on today's 4 game slate. I feel like Washington will cover the spread against LA at home where they play better. As for the nightcap I think the Liberty and Lynx get up and down the court in a high scoring game once again so I took the o169.

That Dallas game is tricky I think Dallas should win tonight but I don't know that they cover the spread against the Sky who beat them earlier this year. I think it will be a close game and ultimately the Wings will win but just not cover. I didn't play it because I just don't feel strongly enough that the Sky could cover here. As for the 1H I don't know if I'd play that because like I said I think the Sky could hang around here in a closer game than expected.

As for the Lynx I think they could catch the Liberty looking ahead to Sunday's showdown with the Aces so I could see taking the points with Minnesota tonight. I just played the total because I feel stronger that the two teams play a high paced game with plenty of scoring.

Tough 0-2 night for the thread as the Sparks make a wide open 3 with two seconds left to beat the spread and then the Liberty game with the Lynx stays well under the total. One game tomorrow between the Storm and Mercury so we'll see if I have a play on that one or if I just wait for the bigger slate on Sunday to come back strong.
