There must be dozens of people not getting paid because probably only a small fraction are posting about it here. And they seem to all get the classic slowpay treatment full of excuses. As someone else has said, there is no need for these stupid games.

Pretty sad to see Bookmaker behaving this way. I was pretty shocked when I first started hearing complaints about Bovada a year or so ago but look how that ended (with them stiffing tons of people) so I don't put it past any book to go that route.

Welp, I'll need the moderator to remove the "resolved" from my thread title. They told me I was good to go and everything was settled, waited until I deposited and won, and then less than 48 hours later tell me its "still" under investigation.
Just to clarify. Your account was disabled on July 5, at which point you had 15k in the account.

When you say "everything was settled, waited until I deposited and won, and then less than 48 hours......" --- did you make another deposit (on top of your 15k balance), or are you just talking about deposit(s) prior to July 5?

My balance was $0 when it was first disabled on July 5th. I thought I had deposited $15k shortly before that but never actually did. I deposited $15k after they told me my account was fully verified and good to go, won on the allstar game, and then the next day is when they told me its still under investigation

Cracking down on multi-accounters is necessary for any sportsbook. How many long-term posters (including me) are reporting fast payouts from BM? I think we're up to five in the past few days alone.

The phone number absolutely is not the issue. I don't even have a valid phone number with them and they DGAF. They suspect you of multi-accounting.
You shouldn't have to go thru this just because you're a new customer to a sportsbook.

Well if they suspect me of multi-accounting, video call me and you'll see its me. Ask me any questions to confirm. Ask me to hold my ID in the video call. This could all be handled within 48 hours tops, regardless of how many accounts they're dealing with. The fact that they still haven't video called me (After I said call me I'm available now), nor have they video called anyone else who they've said they were going to, tells you all you need to know

They just called. I spoke with a Leo. He asked me questions about my wagering history, Where I live, what device I use to access the site, the burner number I signed up with, etc.. I told him please video call me and he said its not him who makes the decisions, he just makes the phone calls, but hes passing all the info over to the guys in charge and he expects them to have a resolution in the next 30-60 minutes. I'll keep everyone posted

imagine not finding it even slightly suspicious that there are a ton of people - both men and women - opening new accounts at bookmaker, taking the deposit bonuses and depositing/withdrawing 5-6 figures

do you know how rare it is to find people wagering that amount on a regular basis? not to mention most of the excuses these people have are absolutely ridiculous. i typically side with the player when it comes to this stuff but i would say that a majority of these cases are multi accounters based on common sense alone

I should have specified multi-accounting or coordinated syndicate action.

You can prove to BM that you're the guy on the ID you gave them, and @daib can prove that he's the guy on the ID he gave them, but if your action appears to be coordinated you're still in violation of rules.

That's not an accusation BTW, just something any responsible book has to look into. Otherwise you end up like many of the other deceased books in the offshore graveyard.

This post isn't even accurate. I don't recall anyone being female. Many of them didn't even mention how old their accounts are but yes they seem new-ish. And some of the complaints were from people withdrawing only a few thousand. Whose excuse was ridiculous?

Everyone seems to have fully complied with everything Bookmaker.eu has asked of them, and every posted interaction with Bookmaker has made Bookmaker look incredibly juvenile. "You're roofing in the evening?". Asking for the same documents over and over, filling out a spreadsheet over and over for no reason, asking for a video call then not doing it, saying they'll satisfied and will pay but then don't.

And it's not surprising to see "so many issues" with people withdrawing 5 figures because you don't hear from all the losers.

Of course a responsible book should look into it, but Bookmaker has not provided any evidence of any wrongdoing by any of the players and hasn't even outright stiffed anyone. They're just in this limbo of toying with people.

The universe of reliable books is shrinking awfully fast...

Thank you for this post. Its incredible to see people defending a site that says "you're good to go" and then says "Nope you're still under investigation", after you redeposit, not to mention all the other stuff you mentioned.

I'm really confused about wtf you did. Can you give a clear timeline of what happened with your balance, your wagering, whether or not you were paid, presumably at some point you lost your whole balance then re-loaded, and then they locked your login or blocked another wd? You're kind of all over the place.
