I got my blood results from my annual early last month. The results were good but I had really high LDL cholesterol and not enough HDL. I eat fairly well, but sometimes I overdue portions size and I guess instead of ordering out once or twice a week, I need to narrow that down to once every two weeks. I'm incorporating a protein shake every morning and eating more nuts. I'm pretty active but I did gain a 7 pounds since my last annual which is no bueno
