My account was disabled on July 5th with a $0 balance. On July 16th, after multiple emails and agreeing to video calls, I got an email saying

"Hello Richard,
Our apologies for the delayed reply.
Your account has been verified, please feel free to access it whenever you like.
As it's well known, we have always distinguish for our transparency and responsibility towards our players, there was a reason behind the additional verification we asked from you, but gladly everything has been settled.
Regards,"

I deposited $30k later that game, bet it all on the AL in the All Star Game and won. The next day they disabled my account. I emailed them and asked wtf is going on since they just told me yesterday everything was fine. They said "No your account is still currently under review at this time. We will try and expedite it for you. Your cooperation is appreciated"

My account was finally re-enabled on July 19th, 30 minutes after I spoke to them on the phone and answered all questions. Every step of this has been documented here and all emails have been attached

Sorry, forgot to include my loss of the $58k balance this last Saturday, July 20th.

So you lost back your balance of $58k while waiting for this all to be resolved?

Hate that for you. I always tell folks when shenanigans like this are going on don’t bet a penny until it gets resolved.
No I lost the $58k on July 20th. They re-enabled my account for the 2nd time on July 19th. I had rollover so it is what it is. But because I lost it, I dont even know if they would have actually paid out. So I think its a little misleading to label this as resolved. They re-enabled my account, but that doesn't mean they would have paid

I don't doubt these cases with bookmaker are really happening.

What looks weird to me, is that out there there are so many scammers promoted as solid bookies such as 1xbet, dafabet etc. And nobody (almost) comes here to complain about them.

Contrariwise, an infinite number of new posters are coming here to post for bookmaker exclusively.
None old poster faces a problem with them.
My guess is that bookmaker encounters a problem with a syndicate which probably exploits them hardly.
And the syndicate directs its people to BMR.

It's all guesses... but I would like to know from an official source what's really going on..

I went with Bookmaker.eu because of their reputation. It's the first offshore I used after having a local guy forever. I am not in a syndicate lol. I don't know why it's newer accounts getting harassed but like someone else said, there is no justification for the games they are playing. I've done everything they've asked and they still insist on sending a bank wire. I keep asking for crypto but now they just ignore me. I am pretty sure if I agreed to a bank wire they would still not send it. If I am in a syndicate with Billy Walters, what is them insisting on a bank wire going to accomplish? Syndicate people don't have bank accounts?

Is it correct that not a single person complaining has been paid? Yet BMR has labeled them resolved? Ridiculous. I clearly went to the wrong site about this problem and now my money is gone.

Not on these forums. There's no one praising those shops here.

Yes, this is the suspicion.

It could be a combination of both, though. There could be a syndicate hitting BM hard leading BM to increase its security/KYC and thereby looping in many innocent people with newer accounts.

Been watching this thread closely. Here are my thoughts:

First of all, BMR does not help with sportsbook complaints. I haven't seen them help someone in a long time. The one exception here is JDS and the wagerweb scandal. Secondly, they wont change a sportsbook rating no matter how many people post about getting robbed. Bovada robbed about 15 people last year (that we know of) and they did nothing.

Bookmaker/Justbet may be experiencing issues with a syndicate, or multi-accounters etc. It's not an excuse for ignoring players and not paying. Guess what? Every major sportsbook has to deal with these issues. But there aren't complaints piling up about the other major books not paying.

I've said it before, the one thing a sportsbook can't do is fukc around when it comes to payouts.

Bookmaker has always scrutinized new accounts while old accounts "get a pass". If they decided to raise this initial scrutiny then it is to be expected that all the complaints would come from new accounts and not necessarily because they are being flooded by some syndicate. No one is accusing them of being outright stiffs just like Bovada still pays most of their players. If you have an old account and got a payout recently it's not much to celebrate. Nitrogen doesn't void winning bets for most players either, but they are still a total No Go for me because of that. Same for Bovada except they cut my limits to pennies 15 years ago.

My personal opinion is that BM is very poorly run and that instead of fixing their many +EV leaks (which I won't reveal...) as well as intentional tech glitches that favor them (like their rogue bet slip), they prefer to just be dinks at the payout stage. They only go after who they consider to be the suspicious people that win while happily taking losses from other people who they consider to be equally suspicious.

I would definitely avoid using Bookmaker/Justbet at all costs. Justbet refuses to pay me out and now have completely stopped responding to my emails. They asked me to send a selfie with my ID, sent that in immediately. Then they asked for a selfie holding a paper with the date which I also sent in. Then they ask me to make a video reading WNBA scores. I sent that and now they still won't pay. Completely insane, they just make up something new that they need as soon as I send in the previous thing. Avoid using them if you don't want your money stolen.

Many reports similar to this. Only new accounts apparently.
Its a sad day when I don't feel comfortable telling someone to sign up at Justbet. But here we are.

We need an explanation. Just because a player is new doesn't mean they should be slow paid or stiffed.
Agree with Ace 100% here.

I have no doubt BM and JB are probably dealing with a multi-accounting issue so I get their point of view, but it's obvious at this point lot of innocent accounts are getting caught in the cross-hairs. It seems instead of enforcing their TOS, they've decided to go the nuclear route and no pay all new accounts that win any modest to large sum.

The one thing all things stories have in common- they've complied with all the onerous KYC obstacles BM have put them through and they're still not getting paid and not given a reason why either. Completely unacceptable.
