I get it, the process is frustrating. I had to deal with similar issues (KYC, account disabled, pending payout), and it took about 10 days to fully resolve.
But you catch more flies with honey. What is wrong with an 8-minute delay on email? You're dealing with real people, not robots.
And the snarky reply about your state & driver's license. You could have simply replied with your state & timezone, instead of "Duh, you already have my license. Figure it out."
Keep in mind, you've already got a red flag (like it or not, a burner number is going to be a red flag). If the book/investigator is already suspicious, being snippy probably won't win them over. Try to keep your cool.
