Welp, I'll need the moderator to remove the "resolved" from my thread title. They told me I was good to go and everything was settled, waited until I deposited and won, and then less than 48 hours later tell me its "still" under investigation. I'm attaching all the email screenshots below so you can read it yourself. This is unbelievable and pretty much confirms that they're up to no good

I get it, the process is frustrating. I had to deal with similar issues (KYC, account disabled, pending payout), and it took about 10 days to fully resolve.

But you catch more flies with honey. What is wrong with an 8-minute delay on email? You're dealing with real people, not robots.

And the snarky reply about your state & driver's license. You could have simply replied with your state & timezone, instead of "Duh, you already have my license. Figure it out."

Keep in mind, you've already got a red flag (like it or not, a burner number is going to be a red flag). If the book/investigator is already suspicious, being snippy probably won't win them over. Try to keep your cool.

Its very interesting that you're focusing on my frustrated responses, and ignoring the fact that they JUST told me less than 48 hours ago that my account was fully verified and this whole thing was done. Then right after I deposit, I'm told its actually not done and is still pending. That's a much bigger and more concerning issue than my snarky replies.

Your post history is also interesting. You seem to know a lot about BM and how they operate, and you also defend them quite often. Again, they just told me 24 hours before my deposit and win that we were done, and now after my deposit and win, they tell me sike its still under investigation. That was an outright lie

They did the same to me. "OK we will pay you but by bank wire". Then back for another round of the same documents. If they were willing to pay me before, why more document requests? They are such unprofessional clowns, I did not expect this when signing up with "one of the leading bookmakers, been around for 3+ decades".

Bookmaker is suppose to be one of the best offshore books, this isn't a good look for them, and offshore books in general.
Cracking down on multi-accounters is necessary for any sportsbook. How many long-term posters (including me) are reporting fast payouts from BM? I think we're up to five in the past few days alone.

Using a burner number to sign up shouldnt trigger a 3 week long "investigation" where they ignore you for the majority of that time.
The phone number absolutely is not the issue. I don't even have a valid phone number with them and they DGAF. They suspect you of multi-accounting.
